An extensive amount of my work has been developing and creating custom solutions. In partnership with my clients, I have developed and delivered in-person, virtual, and web-based training from a one-hour session introducing young people to the importance of identifying their purpose to a 10-session leadership development program designed to develop skills and effectiveness of new and potential leaders.
My needs assessment approach is more of a discovery process as used in the consulting industry. I work hard to quickly develop relationships and build trust so clients have the confidence in me to speak openly about their concerns and needs and believe in my recommendations, even if significantly different than their original request. I rely on regular touchpoints with stakeholders and help them create buy-in and wins along the way. I design with an agile approach and believe our work is best when it is dynamic and responsive to the changing needs of learners, organizations, and industries.
Given the evolving needs of adult learners, I invest significant energy in developing the content, courses, tools, and support they need to be successful immediately and in the future. I am technically savvy and always looking for the latest and greatest tools to design or deliver content in the most effective way possible.
